J&B Estate in Kassiopi
We built this house in Corfu, in the beautiful village of Kassiopi, in the northeast of the island. Nestled right by the sea, it offers breathtaking views of the Ionian waters and the surrounding natural beauty.
We began construction in 2015 and completed it in 2017, with a focus on high-quality materials and craftsmanship. The house features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for guests. The large living room seamlessly connects to the modern, fully equipped kitchen, creating an open and welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment.
Special attention was given to thermal insulation and ventilation, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
Outside, the property boasts a stunning infinity pool, perfect for enjoying the spectacular sea view, and a beautiful olive grove with 50 olive trees, adding to the Mediterranean charm of the estate.
